Winter comes to the Cascades:

We have a winter storm coming to the Cascades and this will be the coldest storm so far this season.  Snow lines will drop below pass levels by Thursday morning.  Showers with some hail can be expected Thursday with snow lines dropping to around 3000 feet in the central Cascades.

Friday the showers will decrease in the afternoon.  A second front will move in Saturday afternoon with showers into Sunday.  Snow lines will stay below pass levels with this system.

I expect the snow to stick on the passes so this means mountain travel will be a challenge starting Thursday and lasting through the weekend.
