My father and I were driving down Highway 58 past Hilltop Road about milepost 8 when we saw this vehicle driving slowly on the shoulder of the road. When we passed by in the opposite lane, we just began laughing so hard wishing we had our camera out. They were going really slow so we thought we'd catch them and turned around to get a picture.  Sure enough, there they were just about 50 yards further down the road. LOL. Looks like a new mower idea for those in the flood plain.
