Meet Chef Francisco Alonso Martin-Hinojal and Sommelier Álvaro Ribón as they share the extraordinary gastronomy and sought-after wines of Castilla y León, Spain.

The pair will offer cooking demonstrations and will introduce several sought-after products from the region, some debuting for the first time in the United States and exclusively in our area.

Francisco, a restaurant owner and acclaimed chef, will demonstrate how to prepare both traditional and contemporary cuisine from this celebrated culinary mecca. Álvaro, a professionally trained sommelier, will offer tastings of aristocratic reds and well-balanced whites from this fruitful region.
