Lake Forest, IL (Sports Network) - The Chicago Bears signed safety Troy Nolan on Wednesday.
Nolan played in a combined seven games for Houston and Miami this season.
In 37 career contests over four seasons with the Texans and Dolphins, Nolan has 71 tackles, 1 1/2 sacks and three interceptions.
