U.S. 26 was temporarily closed at the junction of U.S. 101 following a crash that involved a downed tree and power lines.

The section of U.S. 26 between U.S. 101 and milepost 10 has reported a number of downed trees and power lines.

Also, U.S. 101 is restricted to only high-profile vehicles south of Seaside because of high water.
