JUNCTION CITY, Ore. (KMTR) -- A woman has been hospitalized after a head-on collision involving a Junction City school bus.
The wreck happened just before 8:00 Monday morning on Oaklea Drive near Highway 99 West.
Police say the Volkswagen sedan was headed east when it crossed the center line, smashing into the school bus. They say fog and wet pavement could have been factors in the wreck.
The children and a driver on the bus were not hurt.
The wreck blocked the turn off from Highway 99 on to Oaklea Drive for about an hour and a half.
