Eugene (KMTR) – Vendors taking part in the Fan Festival surrounding the 2012 Olympic Trials at Hayward Field say the wet weather in Eugene is actually bringing in business.  Employees at the Speck tent next door to the stadium say once the rain starts falling, track fans look for cover in their booth.  They also have a TV showing a live stream of everything happening inside Hayward, so spectators don’t miss a thing.

Vendors say it’s been a great event so far.  With sunny weather on the way, they hope the foot traffic will keep coming.
