Corvallis (KMTR) – Oregon State Police investigators have released the name of a man who was killed in a single-car accident Sunday morning.The wreck happened just after 8 a.m. on Highway 99W south of the Corvallis Airport. OSP says a 1994 Chevrolet Blazer, driven by Michael Jarred Corcoran, 21, of Corvallis, off the road, clipped a utility pole and ended up in a ditch.
Corcoran was pronounced dead at the scene. He was wearing a seatbelt.
The highway was closed for about 90 minutes as troopers investigated the crash.
