JUNCTION CITY, Ore. (KEZI) -- A crash just south of Junction City late Monday afternoon sent a woman to the hospital.
A pickup truck and smaller car collided on Highway 99 near Hatton Lane.
Investigators say it looks like the car was turning north onto the highway when the truck hit it going southbound.
Officers say this is an example for drivers to be patient.
"It is Highway 99, but there are still off-streets here in Junction City and intersections and other private drives on Highway 99. And just be cautious turning out. Take your time. It's not worth it," said Junction City Police Officer Mike Bonner.
Police think another vehicle was turning that blocked the car driver's view.
