Patken, since you weren't there, you have no way of knowing exactly what the facts are. I'm sure you wouldn't be saying such things if Robert Beard were your son. I'm not saying that the things you describe haven't happened, but you can't be so ignorant as to not know that each crime must be judged on it's own facts and to determine a position without knowing all of the facts isn't fair.

Patken, You must be joking. And if not, you need some help. This poor kid had his face beat in. According to another news story, he is going to require reconstruction surgery. How is this "OK"? We have murders and rapists in jail getting treated much better, and they are guilty. The perpetrator of this crime is a low life POS and I hope they catch him. The only unfortunate part is his punishment won’t equal the pain and suffering he has caused this player, his family, and the team.
