SPRINGFIELD, Ore. (KMTR) - A Thurston man is facing more charges after police say he was caught videotaping his 10-year-old neighbor.

He was rearrested at his Thurston home Monday afternoon. 63-year-old Dana Bishop is charged with 35 additional counts of invasion of privacy.

Investigators say they seized his computer with inappropriate pictures of the girl.

The mother of the victim says Bishop confessed to her, saying he spied on the child for up to a year. She says cameras were mounted on his walls, pointed into the girl’s bedroom window.

On Friday Bishop posted bail and was allowed to return home with no restrictions.
