I would personaly like to thank the thieves who stole these boats for bring to my attention the fact that my tax dollars are going tward a city funded Outdoor Recreation Program. Facing a 7 million dollor shortfall, I would think this program, along with the dozens of other "nonessential service" programs that the city of Eugene funds with my tax dollars should be the first programs cut. Priortize spending, cut from the bottem to balance your budget and live within your means. Why is that so hard for governments to do?
