Springfield city council weighs city-wide garbage rate increase

Garbage prices may raise up soon for Sanipac customers in Springfield as the garbage and recycling hauler has proposed a rate increase to Springfield City Council.

They do stop your service, so thats a crock! And just think how many more customers will not be paying their bill once they raise rates. Maybe they shouldn't have spent millions to put cameras in all there trucks, so they can keep an eye on their employees. That's not a safety investment!

Sanipac says bad debt, including customers who aren’t paying their bills, is up 246% since 2009? That's outrageous! Why doesn't Sanipac stop their service then? When the trash pills up enough they will definitely pay their bill.
