I live in a small town. We often see our police chief (in his marked suv) driving through town talking on his cell phone. NO it was not his police radio. I find that men seem to be unaware that they are breaking a law. One friend (male) told me "thats only on freeways" & "its texing that you cant do".

Buddy...too bad the Eugene cops are far to busy for that. I doubt more than 20 tickets have benn issued since the law came in effect. Hell, you cant even get them to tag drivers not stopping for the crosswalk on city view and the amazon.

rgl1345 you must not go through junction city much, The police here are alway's pulling someone over for cell phone usage. I have to laugh when it's not their first offence.
