SPRINGFIELD, Ore. (KMTR) -- Royal Caribbean Cruises will add 140 jobs at the Springfield call center and company representatives say they hope to keep growing locally for the long haul. The jobs opening now will help staff the center during the busy cruise season, January through March.
Qualified applicants should have some basic computer skills and great people skills. Much of the job requires communicating with travel agents over the phone to book vacations on the company's computer system. Royal Caribbean's employment

About 500 employees work at the Springfield site today and hope to have about 900 on site in the next few years.
