ROSEBURG, Ore. (KMTR) -- Police say 35-year-old Levi Jones was last seen on December 30. His girlfriend told police that Jones left to go to J & J Market on Southeast Stephens, a convenience store near their home and never returned. He was on foot when he disappeared.

Jones has family in eastern Oregon, Idaho, and Montana, and police say no one in his family has talked to him since late December. The family is very concerned and say his disappearance is completely out of character.

"If it's a normal case, where someone takes leaves of absence like this from time to time, it's not as much of a concern," says Sergeant Jeff Eichenbusch with the Roseburg Police Department. "But in this case, the friends and family as a group have said, this is unusual that he's had no contact with us."

Jones is 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has brown hair and eyes and was last seen wearing a black camouflage jacket, blue jeans and white shoes.

If you have any information on his whereabouts, you're asked to call the Roseburg Police Department.

Sergeant Eichenbusch says that at this point, police have no reason to believe foul play was involved.
