Pleasant Hill man arrested after road rage incident on I-5 near Eugene
Oregon State Police troopers arrested a 50-year old Pleasant Hill man Thursday on multiple charges related to an investigation into a reported early morning road rage incident in which the suspect shot at another motorist along Interstate 5 in the Eugene/Springfield area.
