SPRINGFIELD, Ore. (KMTR) -- Super Bowl Sunday means friends, football and a lot of good food. It also means a busy day for some businesses.

Chicken Bonz in Springfield says the Super Bowl Sunday is their Super Bowl for business. They have been open eleven years and each year continues to bring in more and more hungry fans. Owner David Bornstein says he'll sell at least 1,000 pounds of wings and 1,200 pounds of chicken tenders in less than five hours.

Employees say that making, delivering and serving all day Super Bowl Sunday wouldn't be possible without teamwork and a little bit of attitude.

“It makes you feel great. It makes me feel that the people who work with me every day have been working really hard to be the best and that's our attitude. It’s even a trademark name, 'Chicken with Attitude',” said owner and operator of Chicken Bonz, David Bornstein.

Bornstein highly recommends you order early; regular prices apply. Chicken Bonz is located in the shopping center at Pioneer Parkway in Springfield and opens at noon Sunday.
