EUGENE, Ore. (KMTR) -- One person has died in a house fire on River Road in Eugene. The fire at a residence in the 1200 block of River Road was first reported just before 2:00 PM.
The fire is south of Beltline near Linder Lane.
Eugene Police tell NewsSource 16 that the fire is considered a crime scene at this point. The Lane County Sheriff's Office is taking over the investigation.
