I am glad for this tribute. Another fitting tribute is to strengthen background check system to exclude dangerously mentally ill people from purchasing and possessing firearms, like the person who murdered Officer Kilcullen, who bought hers legally from Mazama's. We should think of this need every time we see Officer Kilcullen's signs.
