@Charlie - It's called Narcan. It immediately kills the effects of opiates. Paramedics can give it via injection or nasal mist. It's pretty incredible to watch.

We can't keep heroin addicts out of Starbucks. How are they going to keep them out of a free camp? Good job keeping him alive. But you're right about needing help.

That's the weakness of occupy Eugene. It's a bum magnet and taints the presence of the real protesters.
