Corvallis (KMTR) - Police say 18-year-old Christopher Miller was arrested after an altercation at an Oregon State University fraternity early Saturday.  OSU reps say the redshirt freshman was later dismissed from the football team.

Police say Miller was asked to leave the Theta Chi house on NW 26th Street around 2 a.m. Saturday.  He refused, and pulled a knife.  A fistfight ensued.

Miller was arraigned in Benton County court Monday, on charges of menacing, unlawful use of a weapon, and criminal trespassing.  He is due back in front of a judge November 29th, when he will likely enter a plea.
