OSP investigating the shooting of a bicycle rider on Hwy. 101
Troopers from the OSP Coos Bay office responded to a reported auto vs. bicycle injury traffic collision on Hwy 101 south of Bandon. Upon arrival, the troopers discovered they were dealing with a shooting.
