EUGENE, Ore. (KMTR) -– The Park Place Apartments are almost ready for tenants. Master Development will host a grand opening next week to welcome the public to the new luxury development.
The former public works building on East Park Street has been re-purposed with a modern design, but the developers kept some signature elements from the original structure. The 24 units inside range from studios to 2-bedrooms and rent starts at $815 per month.
The grand opening and open house is Wednesday, August 15th at 10 AM. Developers say several units are already spoken for, but there are a handful still available to lease.
