It's sad that there is so little treatment available for vets suffering post-traumatic stress, with tragic consequences. There was one such incident early in 2011 here in Eugene, where a PTSD vet shot at cars at Valley River Center, then was subsequently shot and paralyzed by police. Please join me and various non-profit organizations in lighting a candle for shooting victims at a candlelight vigil, Jan 8, at 5 PM, at the federal old courthouse at 7th and Pearl in Eugene.
