While I think this guy deserves punishment I don't believe this girl is innocent either! She knew exactly what she was doing, she isn't 5 years old. At some point we have to at least look at the individual who is giving consent for sex! When I was 15 years old (I'm male) I wanted any girl, it wouldn't have mattered if she was 30 or 16 I wasn't thinking about age I was thinking about sex! The same goes for this girl and many like her! The powers that be are so anal, they have their heads so far up their self-righteous Arses they can't see the entire picture! And most don't want to, they just want to ride to the rescue, the problem with that, most don't need rescuing at least not in the way they think! How about talking to the parents of this girl, because I can guarantee you that this girl was exposed to shady behavior before this. She didn't just decide one day to start having sex. Children who are loved and given discipline and direction usually don't have sex at 15 or 16, or 17... Of course there is an exception to every rule... You people in power need to check on children when they are very young, see how their home life is before they get to the point of sex with a thirty old man, or any male at a young age!
