and the next time that little old lady calls for the fire department to rescue her cat in the tree... send someone from the PD with a rifle and scope...Lady...the cat will come down by itself

People are so F-ing stupid in this town. They should levy a $100 dollar fine each time a NON emergence call is received by 911..... Only an idiot thinks power off, lines down, computer wont work, snow in the drive way etc..etc is an emergency.
