Recording the audio of a private conversation violates Oregon state law the video portion is OK though. There may be signs but I've never seen them. I was unaware my privacy was being violated.

The words "you can be assured" and "lost forever" and incorrect statements. Nothing is lost forever on a hard drive. In today's world "you can be assured" is only for honest people in government or industry. You can only be assured that someone is going to be telling a lie.
