Graffiti continues to be a huge problem in all of Lane County. Lost count of how many times I e-mailed City with needed clean-up in the Barger-North Terry area. The punks who do this kind of damage should have their hands handcuffed in front of them for a month 24/7 then be made to remove graffiti for another month. Not so "funny" then. It is not their property to destroy. Stay with your body-piercings and tatoos to your ownself.
