Glory Bee Foods captures solar power

The local natural foods company recently installed solar panels to generate power for the facility. The company is encouraging others to do the same.

I think it is a great idea. The incentives are a great idea too, but, as a non-electric homeowner, I have NO options or ability to take advantage of ANY incentives to upgrade my home, or even insulate it. (My home was built before 1950, and has an oil furnace). I think that Oregon, as well as Federal help should be available to ANYONE wanting to use cleaner, less expensive ‘fuel’ to heat their homes. Why is it only electric heated homes that are getting to take advantage of these offers?
