It would be nice if all public colleges would stick to academics and not have other students subsidize the education for those in costly sports programs. Private colleges could elect to have sports programs. It is not the responsibility of the taxpayer to fund these.

I am not a football or Duck's fan but I do love it when there are football games here. It's a great time to go to Tsunami Books (they have discounts during football games) and places like the grocery store and CostCo. No crowds and easy parking! :) So... Go Ducks, I guess?! :)
