Eugene (KMTR) – It may the next-best thing for Duck football fans, who can't get a ticket to a game.  PK Park, the University of Oregon’s new baseball stadium, is offering fans the gameday experience—free.

The baseball park will open four hours before kickoff at Autzen Stadium next door, and will stay open until 30 minutes after the game ends.

Fans can watch the game on the jumbo video board, buy food and drinks and participate in the “PK Park Experience.”

Senior Associate Athletic Director Joe Giansante says, “The one great thing about it: It's big. There are lots of different food and beverage vendors, there are bathrooms, there are places to sit… You know that's one thing you don't have out in the parking lot, is anywhere to get out of the rain; there is a cover.  So there are lots of things that PK Park will offer fans that they have not been able to get before.”

There will be entertainment offered, and Duck athletes from other sports teams will be available for autographs.

PK Park will be open during Oregon’s six home games this year.
