Temperatures will drop quickly tonight and it will be cold enough for snow lines near 500' by morning - that means most valley floors. The big question is how much moisture will there be? Right now not much is expected so there should be very little accumulation below 1000'.
The cold weather will continue through the weekend and flurries can be expected near the valley floor again. The shower threat will be in bands; one is expected Thursday night and Friday morning. Another one Friday night should be mostly offshore. The strongest looks like it will move through Saturday afternoon. Snow lines should be a bit high with that one.
It looks like we clear on Sunday for cold mornings with valley fog then sunny afternoon most of next week.
Thursday: Rain/snow showers early, decreasing afternoon with some sun breaks, 40 / 45.
Friday: Mostly cloudy with morning showers of rain/snow, 40 / 45.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy with afternoon showers, 40 / 45.
