JOSEPH'S FORECAST:

We will still have some showers around Tuesday but the snow lines will rise during the day to around 3000' by Tuesday night.  The showers will also start shifting northward during the afternoon.

Wednesday a warm front will move in along the coast.  Right now I'm afraid it might stall just offshore.  That would mean very wet and windy conditions for coastal areas.  Inland it could go either way.  If it stalls far enough offshore we may not get much until late in the day and Wednesday night.  Snow lines will rise up to around 4000' ahead of this system.

Tuesday:  Showers early decreasing late, 40/45.

Wednesday:  Rain and windy coast, 50/55, mostly cloudy with rain moving inland afternoon and evening, 45/50 inland.

Thursday:  Morning showers decreasing afternoon, 50/55.
