JOSEPH'S FORECAST:

The rain will increase again overnight as the next front finally moves inland.  The front is expected to move by around the time the sun comes up tomorrow morning.  Cooler air and showers will follow during the day.  That means our highs will occur early in the morning and we will get colder during the afternoon.  Snow lines will also be dropping and should be down to near 3000' by afternoon.

The National Weather Service has a "Winter Storm Warning" up for the Cascades starting at 8:00 am Friday until midnight Friday night.  They expect 12-18" of new snow at pass levels and even more above 6000'.  This would be great for our local ski areas.

We will have clouds around through the weekend but should stay dry until Sunday night and early Monday.

Friday: Showers and cooler, 45/50.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy with some breaks, 44/48 coast, 40/45 inland.

Sunday:  Morning fog with partly cloudy skies above, 45/50.
