JOSEPH'S FORECAST
January 7, 2013

A warm front has moved inland north of us and will keep us warm tonight. Most of the light rain is staying to the north and is mainly along the western slopes of the northern Coast Range and northern Cascades. Tomorrow we will stay warm with south winds ahead of the next cold front. I don't expect much rain until late in the day. The cold front will move inland after midnight early Wednesday morning.

Much colder air and showers will move in during the day Wednesday and we could see snow showers close to the valley floor Wednesday night and early Thursday.  If there is enough moisture left any showers Thursday night will be snow near the valley floor as well.

Tuesday:  Mostly cloudy with rain late and night, 53 / 57.

Wednesday:  Showers and cooler, 42 / 46.

Thursday:  A few showers early with afternoon sun breaks, 38 / 43.
