JOSEPH'S FORECAST 12/18/12

We will stay cold overnight with temperatures near freezing; icy roads will be a hazard inland. We also could see a few flurries at low elevations again before the sun comes up in the morning. The winds shift to the southwest and warmer air will move in after the sun comes up. Snow lines move up to around 2000' feet by midday.

The rain will increase by late tomorrow and tomorrow night. Thursday the rain will turn to showers by afternoon but snow lines will not drop back much below 2500'. Friday the showers become scattered as most of the wet weather heads south into California.

Wednesday:  A few flurries early then light rain. The rain increases late, 45 / 50.

Thursday:  Rain early changing to showers afternoon and evening, 43 / 47.

Friday:  Scattered showers, 43 / 47.
