JOSEPH'S FORECAST

After a cold morning we didn't get as warm this afternoon even with plenty of sunshine. The high pressure area is shifting east and the north winds eased along the coast; this wind shift allowed the coastal fog to return. Tomorrow we will be cool again in the morning but a few degrees warmer than this morning. We will see more warming in the afternoon with some areas back in the 80s.

Not much change is expected Friday but the high pressure area shifts back over us and strengthens over the weekend. This should give us clear skies and warmer temperatures.

Thursday:  Patchy fog early then mostly sunny and warmer, 65 / 70 coast, 80 / 85 inland.

Friday:  Coastal fog early otherwise mostly sunny, 64 / 69 coast, 78 / 84 inland.

Saturday:  Coastal fog early then sunny and warmer, 67 / 72 coast, 83 / 88 inland.
