JOSEPH'S FORECAST:

The winds are easing up but the rain will continue through the weekend.  The coast has seen a lot of wind damage.  They have also had a lot of rain and several rivers are moving above flood stage. 

Marys River at Philomath            Flood Stage: 20'  Forecast:  20.71
Siuslaw River at Mapleton                "             18'        "        24.88
Alsea River at Tidewater                  "             18'        "        19.70
S. Fork Coquille at Myrtle Point        "             33"        "        36.40

The rain will continue through the weekend.  We will stay warm until a cold front moves through late Friday.  After that the snow lines will drop back to near 2000' which will reduce the runoff into the rivers.  

Thursday:  Rain at times, 48/54.

Friday:  Showers with rain returning late, 50/55.

Saturday:  Showers increasing late, 44/47.
