JOSEPH'S FORECAST
February 19, 2012
The clouds will break up some overnight so we will be colder tomorrow morning with fog or low clouds forming by morning. I don't expect many showers tomorrow but light rain from the next front should start moving inland by late afternoon and evening. Light rain will continue Thursday mainly across the northern part of the state.
The strongest system we have seen in several weeks will move inland Friday afternoon and evening. The coast could see strong winds and the mountains will get their best snow in quite awhile. The valleys will also see more rain that we have since last month.
Wednesday: Mostly cloudy with light rain late, 44 / 49.
Thursday: Occasional light rain mainly Lane County northward, 45 / 50.
Friday: Rain increasing afternoon and evening, 46 / 51.
