JOSEPH'S FORECAST 11/13/12

We are between storms and will be dry for the next two days. There will be enough clearing for valley fog and low clouds to form tonight and again tomorrow night. Both afternoons I expect partly cloudy skies. The valley fog will keep our overnight temperatures in the 40s and we will be a bit warmer than normal for this time of year with mid to high 50s in the afternoon.

Friday clouds from the next big storm will move in over the morning fog and low clouds so we probably won't see any breaks. Light rain from the warm front with this system will reach the coast by late afternoon and evening. The light rain will move inland Friday night then increase Saturday morning as the cold front move in. Snow lines will drop below pass levels by Saturday evening and should be around 3500' to 4000' Sunday with showers. The rain returns early next week on Monday and Tuesday.

Wednesday:  Morning valley fog then partly cloudy, 54 / 58.

Thursday:  Morning valley fog then partly cloudy, 54 / 58.

Friday:  Mostly cloudy with light rain late, 55 / 60.
