JOSEPH'S FORECAST
January 16, 2013

The inversion pushed the fog right to the valley floor today and our temperatures only changed a few degrees. Tonight the fog will be thick again and temps should stay closer to freezing overnight instead of the mid- to high 20s of a few days ago. Tomorrow afternoon we will have a better chance of some afternoon sun breaks inland and the coast will have another sunny warm day.

Over the weekend the high moves inland and that should give us some afternoon sun, warming us during the day. We will still have late night and morning fog with temperatures close to freezing.  Today's weather maps are showing a weak front moving through next Tuesday night. This could finally break up the current weather pattern.

Thursday:  Valley fog with afternoon sun breaks inland, 42 / 47, mostly sunny 51 / 56 coast.

Friday:  Valley fog with afternoon sun breaks inland, 43 / 48, mostly sunny 51 / 56 coast.

Saturday:  Valley fog with afternoon sunshine inland, 43 / 48, mostly sunny 51 / 56.
