JOSEPH'S FORECAST

We were expected to cool some today but a sea breeze developed in some parts of the southern Willamette Valley and the cooling was much greater. The coastal fog moved quite a way inland last night and stayed in for a cloudy day for most of the coast. This is what the rest of the week should look like.

A weak low will move in along the coast by the end of the week and the clouds will increase a bit each day. As this low moves inland Friday night and Saturday, we will be mostly cloudy with only afternoon sun breaks.

Wednesday:  Foggy along the coast, 58 / 64, patchy morning low clouds then mostly sunny and 78 / 83 inland.

Thursday:  Foggy along the coast, 58 / 64, patchy morning low clouds then mostly sunny and 77 / 82 inland.

Friday:  Morning low clouds the partly cloudy, 58 / 62 coast, 76 / 80 inland.
