JOSEPH'S FORECAST

Temperatures jumped back up to near 90 in most inland areas today; however, they will only last one day. The fog was back in along the coast and should move inland tomorrow morning, cooling us six to eight degrees with some afternoon sunshine.

The marine layer will move inland due to a weak upper level low pushing in north of us early tomorrow. This low will stall over western Washington until Friday night. As it moves east over the weekend, there will be more sunshine locally but it will be only a little warmer which makes for a very nice weekend.

Thursday:  Fog with afternoon sun along the coast, 63 / 67, some morning low clouds then afternoon sun inland, 80 / 85.

Friday:  Some morning low clouds coast otherwise partly cloudy to fair skies, 63 / 67 coast, 82 / 86 inland.

Saturday:  Mostly fair, 63 / 67 coast, 83 / 87 inland.
