JOSEPH'S FORECAST
January 1, 2013
We are in for an even colder night tonight and with a lot more fog. The fog will start forming in the southern Willamette Valley early this evening. High clouds will start moving in during the day tomorrow as a front approaches the coast. That will mean not as much sunshine as we had in areas today and most of us will have a cooler afternoon.
The clouds will help keep us above freezing tomorrow night and early Thursday we could see a few showers. The showers will mainly be west of the Coast Range. This front will move through quickly and the clouds should start breaking up by the end of the day Thursday. Right now Friday looks like another fairly nice day with afternoon sunshine after some morning valley fog.
Wednesday: Cold and foggy early then increasing clouds afternoon and evening, 38 / 43 inland, 45 / 50 coast.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy with a few showers early, 45 / 50.
Friday: Morning valley fog with afternoon sunshine, 43 / 46 inland, 48 / 52 coast.
