JOSEPH'S FORECAST:
The clouds will clear overnight tonight and we will have a cold foggy morning tomorrow in most areas. The good new though is without clouds above the fog it should burn off quicker and we can expect fair to partly cloudy skies by afternoon. It will be our only sunny afternoon this week though so enjoy it.
Friday another front will move in from the north. We could see light rain reach the north coast by late afternoon. The northwesterly flow behind this system will keep us cool and wet through Monday.
Thursday: Morning fog and low clouds then fair or partly cloudy, 56/62.
Friday: Morning fog then increasing clouds afternoon with light rain by evening, 53/56.
Saturday: Occasional showers, 50/55.
