JOSEPH'S FORECAST
January 1, 2013

Happy New Year everyone. We are starting out the new year with a cold and foggy morning for most inland areas. The fog and low clouds will burn off though for most of us by midday. The coast will see the sun before that and warm the most this afternoon. Some inland valleys could take a little longer to clear out.

The clearing this afternoon will mean we cool faster tonight and more of us will freeze tomorrow morning. There will be valley fog also but it shouldn't be as thick and will burn off quicker. The winds should shift more southerly Wednesday afternoon which will warm us some and bring us some high clouds by the end of the day.

New Years Day:  Cold and foggy early then mostly sunny, 40 / 45 inland, 45/50 coast.

Wednesday:  Freezing fog early then sunny with high clouds late, 40 / 45 inland, 45 / 50 coast.

Thursday:  Mostly cloudy with a few showers, 45 / 50.
