JOSEPH'S FORECAST
March 18, 2013

Frosty and local valley fog early this morning. I expect the fog to start breaking up in most areas by mid morning. This afternoon high clouds will continue to move inland with some blue ski mixed in. Enjoy today because a big storm will start moving inland tomorrow.

Light rain will start along the coast from a warm front tomorrow morning then move inland by midday. The winds and the rain will increase late afternoon and evening ahead of the cold front that will move through during the night tomorrow.

Wednesday, Spring begins at 4:02 PDT but cold air, showers and low snow lines will make it feel more like winter.

Monday:  Patchy fog early then high clouds and sunshine in the afternoon, 54 / 58.

Tuesday:  Light rain early then the rain and winds increasing afternoon and evening, 53 / 56.

Wednesday:  Showers with snow lines lowering to near 2000' by evening, 48 / 52.
