JOSEPH'S FORECAST:

I've been telling people not to expect summer weather in the Willamette Valley until after the 4th of July.  Well tomorrow is the 4th so is summer finally here?  The dry weather is here but we won't warm into the 80's probably until the weekend.

We will still have some morning low clouds tomorrow and Thursday but the afternoons will be mostly sunny.  Friday we start to warm as high pressure build in from our east.  By the weekend inland areas will be in the 80's with 70's along the coast.  Another summer time weather feature, the coastal fog should also show up along the beaches this weekend.

Independence Day:  Morning low clouds then mostly sunny, 63/67 coast, 73/78 inland.

Thursday:  Morning low clouds the mostly sunny, 63/67 coast, 72/77 inland.

Friday:  Mostly sunny, 65/70 coast, 75/80 inland.
