JOSEPH'S FORECAST
February 15, 2013

Almost everyone had another nice sunny warm day, except for those living in the Eugene/Springfield area were the fog stayed all day. Overnight we will cool down enough for other inland areas to see some valley fog reform but our temperatures should stay in the mid to high 30s.

Tomorrow a weak front will move through northern Oregon and may produce a few showers. It will mainly just break down the high pressure area that has given us the last couple of warm sunny afternoons. Sunday we stay mostly cloudy and cooler even with some afternoon sun breaks.

The weather will really start to change Monday when a northerly jet stream sets up along the west coast. Most of the moisture will move south of us into California. The southern Oregon coast will get most of the rain with the first front as it moves by. Inland we will see showers from the colder unstable air behind the front late Monday and Monday night. Showers and cooler temperatures will stick around most of next week.

Saturday:  Mostly cloudy with a few showers north, 47 / 53.

Sunday:  Mostly cloudy with a few sun breaks, 45 / 50.

Monday:  Mostly cloudy with light rain or showers afternoon and evening, 44 / 48.
